The mandatory captain's meeting will be at Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club in the tennis lounge at 2:00 pm for 3.5/4.0/4.5 women on Thursday Sept. 22.
For all other levels the mandatory captain's meeting will be at Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club grill at 6:30 pm on Thursday Sept. 22nd. 
(Captains only please as seating space is limited.) 

Lunches will be served to all players with a ticket on Friday September 23rd at Peninsula Grill.

Tournament Information:
Tri Level League Champion teams from the eleven local leagues will be invited to compete in the 2011 Alabama Tri Level State Championships to be held September 22-25, 2011 in Gulf Shores, AL.  Wildcard teams may be invited to complete the draw in each level if needed.  The format of play will be a round robin based on the number of teams entered.  The format may be changed by the Tournament Committee, if needed.  Play will be on soft and hard courts!

Team and individual scores and standings will be posted at the tournament headquarters each day.  Results will be entered into TennisLink throughout each day and can be viewed by clicking on championship advanced search. 

Tournament Site Desks

All captains are asked to turn in their lineups at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled match time with all team members present and ready to play.  The USTA Point Penalty System will be in effect with lateness penalties imposed.  A fifteen-minute default time will be strictly enforced.

Player Lunch

Players will be provided lunch.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the participants listed on the winning entry form.

Default Policy

If a team has an unknown default, the opposing team will have the opportunity to take their scorecard back and resubmit a lineup.
