Date and Time: Thursday, November 2nd 6:30 pm for all Combo Doubles 18 & Over 5.5, 6.5 and 9.5 Women's Team Captains and for all men's captains.

*Captains who are adding players from their tennislink roster to the championship entry should arrive early for the meeting otherwise they may have to wait until after the meeting to process the registration.

Player Lunches Information: 18 & Over – Fri., Nov. 3rd Peninsula Racquet Club Grill, 10:45 am – 2:30 pm
