There will be a mandatory captains
meeting on Thursday May 12th for the 3.0, 3.5, women and the 3.5, 4.0 men at 1:30
pm at the Pelham
Racquet Club.
The 4.0, 9.0 women and the 3.0 men will have a mandatory
captains meeting on Thursday evening May 12th at 6:30 pm at the Pelham Racquet
Club.
Captains should click on captain's corner, championship procedures, and also the captains information and
site responsibilities
for information pertaining to the tournament.
Lunches will be served to all players with a ticket on Friday
and Saturday. (Tickets will be in captain's packets given out at captain's
meeting).

PRC - Pelham Racquet Club (soft courts)
Riv C - Riverchase Country Club (soft courts)
In the event your team has a split match PRC, Riv C (#1 and #2 doubles at PRC and the #3 doubles position at
Riv C(Riverchase Country Club), the scorecard is to be submitted to the site desk at PRC. The #3 doubles players
go directly to Riverchase Country Club and report to that site desk for court
assignment and balls. The #3 doubles scores are reported to the site desk
at Riverchase Country Club.
