Captain's Information and Site Responsibilities

Court Conduct

The captain's meeting will be at the Huntsville Tennis Center at 7:15 AM on Friday October 10th for all levels except the 3.5 70's Men and Women.  The 3.5 70's Men and Women's captains meeting will be at 10:15 AM on Saturday Oct. 11th at HTC.
 
Lunches will be served to all players with a ticket on Saturday the 11th at HTC!

Tournament Information:
All Super Senior teams are invited to play in the USTA Alabama Super Senior State Championship.

Team and individual scores and standings will be posted at the tournament headquarters each day.  Results will be entered into TennisLink throughout each day and can be viewed by clicking on championship advanced search. 

Tournament Site Desks

All captains are asked to turn in their lineups at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled match time with all team members present and ready to play.  The USTA Point Penalty System will be in effect with lateness penalties imposed.  A fifteen-minute default time will be strictly enforced.

Player Lunch

Players will be provided lunch on Saturday the 11th.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the participants listed on the winning entry form.
